Eligibility to Apply for Visa

Basic Eligibility

Any Bangladeshi Nationals are Eligible to Apply for Australia student VISA (having a valid MRP / E-Passport with at least 6 months validity) subject to provide some required Documents.

Documents Requirements

Application form

An online application form needs to be filled by the applicant properly.

Passport

A. Original Passport with validity of minimum of six months after the intended date of departure and minimum of two blank pages for visa stamp.
B. Copy of previous passports and visas issued.
C. All your old passports (if any).
D. If any visa request was refused, details of the original letter issued by the authorities of that country.

Offer Letter / Acceptance

Offer Letter / Acceptance Letter is issued by University/College.

Academic Documents

All academic certificates and Transcripts are required of SSC,HSC, ‘O’ Level, ‘A’ Level, Undergraduate, Postgraduate, IELTS etc.

NID and Birth Certificate

NID Card Copy and Birth Certificate Copy is required

Sponsors Financial Documents

a. Personal bank Statement for Last Six Months and Bank Solvency Certificate.
b. Dalil and Khatiyan of fixed assets (if applicant wants to show)
c. TIN certificate
d. Financial affidavit and Sponsorship declaration, Asset Valuation.
e. Income Tax Certificate, Tax Return (Last 02 Years)
Income Tax Certificate of Company (In Case of Business Person).

Sponsors Marriage Certificate (Notarized & English translated)

In terms of both parents’ sponsorships, Marriage certificate will be needed.

Sponsors Proof of Occupation

a. Office ID card / Visiting Card
b. BMDC certificate or letter from hospital if the applicant is a Doctor,
c. A Bar Council Certificate or letter from a law firm if the applicant is a lawyer
d. Salary accounts Bank Statement (preferably) / Pay Slip / Salary Certificate are required for service holders.
e. Trade license (original notarized English translation and photocopy of the original trade license required) for proprietorship business, Memorandum of Article for limited company if the applicant’s name is not mentioned in the trade license.

Photo Specification

Two recent photos (within the last six months) with a white background and no borders. Size will be (35mmx45mm).

Medical Test

Applicants are required to complete their medical test from the designated medical center.

Police Clearance

An original copy of the Police Clearance Certificate is required.

Important Note

English translation will be needed for Bangla documents
and all documents need to be notarized.

Visa Fees & Service Charges

Visa Fee AUD $650 or BDT 45,673 approximately
Biometric Fee BDT 3,700 approximately
Medical Test BDT 6,000 to 7,000 approximately
Service Charge BDT 20,000 (Only Visa Support)
Note: University Application fees and Documents Legalization required if needed
